Kathryn joined Levercliff in 2023. She manages the Sustainability Cluster supporting Welsh food and drink producers. Kathryn also carries out Category Management projects for food and drink businesses across the UK and Ireland.
A real foodie, with a keen interest in recipe development and food innovation. Kathryn brings a diverse knowledge of the industry, from farm to fork. She graduated from Harper Adams University with a BSc (Hons) in Food, Nutrition and Well-being and has experience working in the Fresh Produce and Meat industry.
In her spare time, she enjoys working with her husband on their Beef and Sheep farm in North Wales.
