Mark leads the Drinks Cluster, which supports drinks producers in Wales, and the Sustainability Cluster, which supports producers.
He has over 30 years’ experience in food and drink. He worked for 23 years at Tesco across their supply chain, in-store operations, distribution and commercial buying areas and then at the National Procurement Service, where he developed the category strategy for public sector food in Wales.
